You will always be talking to and working with a real person. The only use of AI will be a few tools on the administrative side to help streamline our operations.

Once you have locked in production dates, our professionals will turn down other work for those days. That means if you cancel or reschedule, they potentially lose work and income they would otherwise have. We charge a 50% cancellation fee so our professionals can be compensated for that opportunity cost.

Yes! if you need our professionals to travel, we will charge you the Mileage/Flight/Hotel/Per Diem cost. We also charge 4 hours for travel on each end of the project. (8 Hours total)
