It is simple. We just charge our service fee on top of the contractors’ price. The contractors’ prices are based on project type and complexity. After an initial conversation, we’ll provide a transparent quote with no hidden costs.

We have local crews all over the country, which could save you significant travel costs. If travel is necessary though, most of our crews do travel.

Once you have locked in production dates, our professionals will turn down other work for those days. That means if you cancel or reschedule, they potentially lose work and income they would otherwise have. We charge a 50% cancellation fee so our professionals can be compensated for that opportunity cost.

You will be talking to and working with a real person. The only use of AI will be a few tools on the administrative side to help streamline our operations.
